As the second employee at Lyska, the challenge was building an entire B2B e-commerce product foundation from scratch while simultaneously delivering client projects. The platform needed to support multiple independent online shops with shared infrastructure, each with custom branding, product catalogs, and order management workflows. Scaling from zero to 7+ production shops required both technical excellence and strong team coordination.

Joined as the second employee and built the company's core product foundation. Led the frontend team and coordinated a team of 3 developers. Architected a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that could be customized per client while sharing core infrastructure. Established development workflows, code standards, and deployment pipelines that enabled the team to deliver consistently across multiple concurrent client projects.

Delivered 7+ production B2B e-commerce platforms for enterprise clients. Built the product foundation that the company continues to build on. Grew and led the frontend team from solo developer to a coordinated 3-person unit. The platform processes significant transaction volumes across multiple industries, demonstrating the scalability and reliability of the architecture established early on.
