As a Techstars 2021 company, breathing.ai needed to move fast from concept to production. The challenge was defining and executing the technical vision for an AI-driven platform while building the engineering foundation from scratch — shipping three distinct production applications within a compressed startup timeline.

As hands-on CTO and co-founder, I defined and executed the technical vision end-to-end. Authored approximately 220,000 lines of production code spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
